Born in Boston! In 1991 my husband Fred and I moved to Tucson from Connecticut. We purchased Tucson’s Remedy Staffing franchise in 1992. At that time the staffing industry was the fastest growing business in the US. We had found our niche.
We had many great years in the business. When I unexpectedly lost my husband, I took over Remedy, our dream business. His abiding belief in being an active part of the community lives on in the Fred Henninger Fund at the Tucson Children’s Museum. Every year we give a donation in the name of all our clients to the Tucson Children’s Museum, which entitles 20+ challenged families an annual membership.
I poured myself into the business which occupied me 24 hours a day. I love what I do. We love finding livelihoods for our associates and at the same time supplying excellent help for our clients. Every placement we make comes with a money back guarantee.
The passion I had for Remedy Staffing resulted in two awards. NAWBO’s Business Woman of the Year Award in 2008 and in the same year, ITB’s Woman of Influence Award. Was I surprised and honored! My staff has also nominated Remedy Staffing as the “Best Place to Work” the last 4 years in a row, and we have been a finalist in the Wells Fargo Copper Cactus Awards 3 out of those 4 years.
The business has slowly and steadily grown and in 2011 I am honored to have Joy Deehan, my office manager become a co-owner. This frees me up to concentrate my energy on sales and marketing. The staffing industry is once again experiencing a rebound now that the economy is slowly showing signs of improvement.
I was born and raised right here in Tucson and I am a proud graduate of Santa Rita H.S., Class of 1994! I continued my education at Pima Community College until 1996 when I made the move to Park City, UT. As a Medical Assistant I worked for a pediatrician as well as a general surgeon for two years before making a switch into property management. After five years in the business, and some strange events, I took on the role as the Operations Manager for Gart’s Sports (aka Sports Authority) and embarked on a career path in Human Resources.
Finding my niche, I studied courses in Human Relations and Business Operations. Then in 2005 I was asked by the owner of Remedy Staffing, Jayne Henninger, to return to Tucson with my husband and aide in running her business as the Branch Manager. In June 2010 I received my Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and in 2011 stepped into the roll of Co-Owner with Jayne Henninger.
For the last several years I have truly enjoyed working with a variety of different people, tackling many different tasks, and gaining a sense of true gratitude and appreciation for helping both clients and employees out of tough binds. It is my intention to continue on this career path for years to come.
I was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ and moved to Tucson to attend the UofA in 1998. I am a true Wildcat and a proud recipient of a BS in Management Information Systems, as well as a BS in Operations Management. After leaving a job as an Operations Supervisor, a job Remedy helped me find, I was lucky enough to be asked to join the Remedy team in April of 2007.
As Remedy’s Branch Manager, I bring my world-class customer service, communication and executive administrative skills to the team. I have a background in management, human resources and computer science, all of which are strengths that serve me well in my role at Remedy. I pride myself on easily exhibiting professionalism and confidence while interacting with associates, clients and our team.
My consistent determination to strive for excellence and customer satisfaction make me a valued member of Remedy.
I was born and raised in Western New York with dairy farms all around me. For you football fans…we call it Bills Country! After graduating from high school, I decided to work for a while as a pharmacy clerk and a laundry attendant at a local hospital. Knowing life can get better with more education I went back to school for a degree in Business Administration.
After traveling back and forth several times across the United States I have decided to stay in Tucson. I come to Remedy with a myriad of experience that includes Furniture Manufacturing, Market Research for Customer and Employee Satisfaction and Nurse Staffing to name a few.

I found employment as a Job Training Coach while continuing my education and eventually became a HR Consultant working with small business owners in 2 counties. We recently relocated to Tucson fulfilling our dream as the next adventure in our lives. I am truly blessed to have been asked to join the Remedy Team as an on-site manager/personnel supervisor.
I am confident my experience, knowledge, and sincere appreciation of people will be utilized in assisting our associates find gainful employment and help them live their dream.
